Wooden flooring with steel substructure
The outer frame consists of rectangular tube (140/70/3, hot-dip galvanised) with a fixture for the tent supports, the 1st layer consists of square tube 70/70/3, hot-dip galvanised) and the 2nd layer consists of square tube (60/60/3, hot-dip galvanised). The distance from timber to timber is approx. 0.75 m. The actual floor panels lie on the square timbers. They have a size of 2.94 x 0.50 m and are made from planed tongue and groove boards with a thickness of 21 mm. A protrusion of the hardwood scantlings beyond the panel edge ensures a level floor with no trip hazards. The face sides of the floor panels are tapered by 5 mm. During the assembly, they are inserted into an aluminium profile rail. The tent floor has a load-bearing capacity of 350 kg/m.
